means boy will show their maculinity as young as a baby / toddler, without anybody teaching / showing them how to be a boy!

Boys tend to have this immature, careless nature to them as compared to girls. They do say girls mature faster, ya know. So when an adult man acts sorta immature, the saying "boys will be boys" applies there- like no matter how old a man gets, he still has a little bit of that boyish quality within him. Its not always a bad thing.

It's a term that is used to excuse boys when they make mistakes. We're all used to the typical little boys being curious and getting into mischief; it's a norm. Hence the term "boys are gonna be boys".

Boys are by their very nature, rotten to the core, so of course this means that they are nothing but little a**holes. J/K
It just means that boys naturally are into everything and get into trouble a lot because they are curious and adventuresome. "boys will be boys" means that there's nothing you can do to prevent or change what is completely natural.

I mean that they are going to do what they want no matter what i have to say.
If a boy don,t want to do something nothing i can say or do is going to chance that fact.

It means that most of the time... (note: I did not say ALL of the time) people know what to expect of males... Males tend to act a certain way, given certain circumstances. (and that is not necessarily a bad thing...)
