You have to come to the conclusion that you have to live again. I broke up with my long time girlfriend who I wanted to marry. I had never experience such pain like that. I did not know how I was going to live without her. I thought the only way out was suicide. I kept praying to God to heal me. He did answer my prayer but in His own way. Did the pain go away right away? No. But God gave me the idea to get busy and do the things I enoy the best. I went out and had fun. Of course, when things were over I thougt about Tammie. But, over a course of a month, I noticed I stop thinking about her as much after about 3 months I was completely healed because I turned my focus to God and decided I am going to enjoy this life. Sometimes laughter is the best medicine.

A very long, relaxing massage as I sit under a palm tree in Hawaii, sipping on a cold pineapple/orange juice smoothie. That would be a starter. In reality, a nice girl who actually listens and cares about me as a person. Everything else would be icing on the cake. Does that girl exist?

"Its been ten years for me and its still to soon to forget
those badly needed healing hands of time ain't touched
me yet."
Thats mostly just a quote but a broken heart has a way
of hiding itself disguising itself really well. Maybe if I could
just fall in love with someone else.

I usually listen to the haunting ghazals sung by Suraiya Multanpuri ( from Pakistan). You of course won't understand a word of her ghazals. So why don't you try listening to some good music. And crying your heart out also helps.

My heart does not break. I am much stronger than that. Changing the way I express my intimate relationships is not a destructive path for me. My heart beats strong, and full of life. See for yourself... come close... listen..

A jumpstart to whats going on. Ice cream, a sob story, and then music that makes you feel like you don't give a care and then you get on with your life. ~
