What are they doing behind the camera to make that art ?

movies or commercial they are all have a great pictures . great lighting and great colors .

what i want is dvd or website where i can find the techniques what those people using it to do that ?

anything happend behind the camera especially if there is any lessons about it.

What you see that is great photography is the result of many years of practice, lots of college photo classes, reading and research into photography, and some natural sense of the art. Unless you are significantly different than most of us with cameras, a single DVD or website is just not going to make you a great photographer. It's also an expensive art, so be ready to pay for your passion.
