Either one, depending on the situation. Here's a great example! My mom has cancer and only a few months to live. I have a half sister who will call me and ask for money or call me to blame me for every problem in her druggy skank life, but has NEVER called me since our mother has been sick to see how she is doing and has NEVER called our mom to talk to her! Both speak volumes!
