My brother messed my computer up, and the entire system is in chinese or japanese (cant tell between the two, obviously) and I need it to go back into english. The programs that are REALLY affected by this is iTunes and notifications like "save, cancel, etc." PLESE, any help would be amazing!

you'll have to go by memory or feel of where the buttons were to change the setting, like you know start is on the bottom right and the system or settings menu is midway. try using an english computer to see where you need to go. you'd need to use the same version of windows.

Go to Setting > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.
Set what makes sense (it is obvious once you get there)
