Yes you can, the micro ATX mobo is alot smaller then the ATX. You will have plenty of space left in the case to mod & play around if you wish.

well of course the mini atx is the smallest board out in American products then the micro is next then atx u should be fine where your connecting too

Yes, you can. Your motherboard will use fewer mounting holes and posts, and your case have several mounting posts empty. Quite commonly done.
