You file in Texas - where you have residency. The question will be which court will end up having jurisdiction over the custody issues. If the children have been in Arizona for over 6 months, that court might be the "home state" of the kids and if she wants to make it difficult she can file in Arizona for the courts there to take over the case. Then the Arizona court and the Texas court will have a conference about who is the "home state" for the kids and where it makes the most sense to have the trial. They will look at where the most evidence is located (ie school records, friends, family members...) Once that is decided the case can move forward.
This will be tricky, you will need a lawyer, start talking to one now.
Good luck.

You need to file the divorce in Texas but you will have to have her served in Arizona. She will have to come to Texas to attend the ceremony. Find you a good lawyer, hope for the best, plan for the worst and take what comes! good luck

You can file where you live. She made the mistake to move so she would have to answer in Texas. If you wanted to make her life easier, having the kids, file in Arizona. The person who files would file where they live.

If you were living as a married couple/family in Texas that would be where you file.

You would probably have to go to the state you got married in. Say for instance you got married in Nevada, and you live in California and she's in Arizona, then you would need to file a divorce in Nevada.
