Too much, I really hope you aren't planning on doing this.

Why would you want to lose weight? Are you trying to be unhealthy? If you want to lose the weight do it the right way. 6 to 7 small, healthy meals a day with plenty of exercise. Drink lots of water because it helps fill you up so you don't eat as much. The important thing is to stay active. Eating an apple a day is ridiculous and a horrible way to lose weight. If anything it will cause you to get sick because you're not getting the proper nutrients your body needs. If you really want to lose weight do it in a safe and healthy fashion.

If you walk at least 3 times a week and eat fruits, vegetables, salads and chicken, turkey or fish, you will lose weight and your body will still have the nutrition it needs. It's better to be thin and healthy then thin and sick, and remember, having curves is sexier then being just skinny. If what I say doesn't make a difference to you and you still choose to eat just an apple a day, then at least take vitamins too. But I really know that wont be enough to keep you healthy. Give your body what it needs and love it. It's the only one you will ever have. Best wishes and take care.

Not sure exactly how much you'll lose per day but I do know your weight will decrease as fast as your health will, and lets not forget about your mental state of mind that will soon be totally out of whack. If your that worried about your weight than you would be willing to put out the effort to eat healthy balanced meals on a regular schedule and stay active. Skeletor bodies are not attractive, I bet if you asked around you may find that alot of guys like a little meat with their taters.

For your height ,your weight is quite normal .You neither belong to overweight nor obese category.
Your BMI(body mass Index of about 22 plus is normal and you need not go for stringent dieting of just one apple a day.
You will lose weght drasticcally may be a kilo per a fortnight and that is too much reduction for your frame of 4' 11".
Any way consult a dietician and go ahead with your plan,but monitor the parameters,including weight carefully.

you are going to slow your metabolism down to the point where it will barely burn off any calories because your body is weak. You will drop weight, slowly but dramatically. I went on a period of involuntary anorexia (bad relationship for five years). I lost weight till I was 110lbs from around 130, I was literally making myself sick. If you want to lose weight a crash diet like that is not going to do it. You need to drink plenty of water and have a daily diet that consists of 1500-2100 calories per day, with some exercise if you want. If you want to lose weight cut 250-500 calories from the 1500-2100. Much heathier and safer that way.

Here is another reason not to do it, I lost about half a cup size from my chest from starving myself. Now that I am happy and eat normally I am now 125lbs and went back to a 38c.

It's bad eating to much of only one type food is bad. If you want to lose weight try talking to your doctor. Your doctor can help you lose weight safely, figure out how weight you should lose, what kinds of foods your eating too much of or not enough of. Run any test you might need. ect.

It work for me and found out that certain conditions make you gain weight. Which is why you shouldn't go on any crazy diets you here. Trust me I made that mistake. Hope this helps.

are you insane? for one, granted and apple is healthy, but it doen'st containe all the nurtrients your body needs to function. second, you are the perfect size already. Belive it or not, your body needs atleast 1400 calories a day just to function properly. Meaning if you were to sleep for 24 hours straight, your body will burn more than 1400 calories just sleeping. So if you are going to be awake, and learning, and running around, you need to consume more than that and an apple just won't cut it.

Enjoy your body as it is now. You'll run off to college, get married and have kids and think, wow, were did my thin 115lbs body go???

Well, let's say you're be looking like a skeleton...litteraly. Your health would get damaged and you have lots of chances to die sooner or later because of serious illness. Better follow a healthy diet, you'll lose weight in 2-3 months and you'll have a perfect healthy body.

that is extremely unhealthy. and once you lose the weight and start eating again it'll come back faster and you'll gain even more. you aren't that much over weight. try changing eating habits eating three meals a day and don't eat overly fattening foods. walk or jog or work out. do it the healthy way not the unhealthy way.
