my computer restarting while i am working in it after logging in to it..after that it starts rebooting continu

mother board- 845 gv epi, 256 mb ddr266 memory, zebronics smps, 2.4 intel processor,new smps , 80 gb ide hard disk... my system producing much noise during working like a server

Check if the noise is coming from the power supply or your hard drive. If it is the power supply, replace it.

If it is the hard drive, replace it but try it out as a slave drive. You might be able to retrieve important files before it totally becomes unreadable.
