...an outdoor tennis court; a large outdoor in-ground swimming pool; or an indoor ten-pin bowling alley with a single lane?

This would not only include the cost of materials and labor, but ongoing maintenance as well.

I would think the bowling alley. There is a bigger demand for pools and the competition is more than a bowling alley. good luck
