My vagina's lips are so stretched out that they hang down about an inch like small testes. They are also wrinkled and can be stretched down to probably about 4 inches. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Some women have longer labia than others. There is nothing wrong with you! Mine are actually uneven. One side is small and the other is longer! It's normal and there is nothing wrong with it at all. If you're worried about what your future sexual partners may think, trust me on this, they won't say a word or think much of it because it's normal! Our bodies come in different shapes and sizes and that includes our genitals.

Nothing is wrong with you. But if you'd like, you can try some vaginal exercises to make it somewhat smaller.
I forgot what it was called but it's an exercise where you're kind of... flexing your vagina.
You know when you're peeing & then you hold it in?
That's what you do. Just flex your vagina using the inner muscles for a few seconds, let go, then do it again. You can do that how often you'd like. Doing it for 2 months can help. It also tightens your vagina so your man won't mind what's going on.

It's normal for those inner set of lips (labia minora) to vary in size from woman to woman when it comes to length. The wrinkling is normal too.
As for the fix, I wouldn't recommend it unless it was causing you actual physical pain and irritation because there are risks with it. I know from firsthand experience.
I would also discuss this concern with your mom and dr to see what they think.

You're not broken, so there's nothing to fix.
This is not your vagina. What you're seeing is your labia minora and they can be any shape and size and can have a few different colours. I'm giving you some links about female anatomy, so that you can see more examples of this.

That's fairly normal. All women have different labia. Many have what you have.
