In this world we have so many religions and and so many gods. Isnt it?

So my dear friend when god himself is there in many forms
how can we expect his creations to be the same ? There will surely be differences between creations.

If all are same then there is no meaning of this life to live.
You need not work you get ur things done by the same way that others do. Why then do we need god?

This is an answer which great divine people give.
But if you want more details, let me give you those details now.

All creations have some principle or theory behind them.
This theory as broadly recognized is called KARMA. These are neither sins nor virtues. They are just impressions formed in your mind which (Mind) is permanent. This same mind is transferred into another individual with the impressions of the previous births. Your next birth is determined by your last thought of your previous birth. Hence in your next birth you experience the things which are caused by those impressions in your mind. Therefore we cant say that god is partial it is WE who are responsible for our desparities.

1. Autistically:

An individual's belief or non-belief in a just God has no causative impact on the amount or degree of disparities in life.

2. Taoistically:

There cannot be good without evil. There cannot be competence without incompetence. Disparity exists because it is necessary.

How can you be so arrogant to think that you can create a better world? Everything is as it should be. If you took control, you would only mess things up.

In my own words: The bell curve is the natural shape of the universe. You may despise the fact that there are some who fall lower than others, but if it were not for those disparities the bell would not ring.

However, I do distinguish between the work of God and the work of man. I accept congenital disparities without question. Nature cannot be wrong--nature is. But the wrongdoing of man still ticks me off!

If you call a Supreme force on this world as "God', then , God is impartial and just.

Flow of the current from an Electric sub-station does not know the end use . At the receiving end , it may light up the tube , bulb or a big factory.Do you call this disparity ?

Disparity is at the receptors' end and not either at giver' end or in the flow of the current . And there is some thing called eternal truth - this is one .

If God made all people alike then this world would have been a very boring place. We would not understand what 'Unity in diversity' means.
God has given us different talents and we are expected to use them to our best ability not only to improve our lives but the lives of others as well. Each of us are different and we should be grateful for the things we are good at and appreciate the things others are good at. Certain goals cannot be achieved single-handedly and that is why we need people with different capabilities. Each of us are gifted; it is up to us how we use those gifts. Actually I don't quite understand the connection between a just God and differences in people.

God gave us the freedom of choice and the ability to know right from wrong. Unfortunately as humans we sometimes make bad choices and suffer the consequences. God is not causing the despair, we are by our actions.

For every action there is a reaction. Sometimes he allows situations to happen so that he can get our attention because when we are at our lowest, we pay him more attention.

We also grow through trials and tribulations...it makes us stronger and ready for the next battle.

If every one were alike, the world would be phuking boring. Maybe this God character, is just a real prick.
Or I suppose you could take the Job approach and view these outlandish inequities as a sadistic test of faith by a god who happens to be in cahoots with the devil.

well i must tell u one that every coin has two sides head and tail. if both were alike then there would have no importance of that coin. ups and downs are the truth of life. mountain top and the sea bed both have its own importance. let me tell u a true story. you might have heard about the lord rama and his wife sita. once she asked her husband that why there is so much differences in the life of people. someone has much more then they required but someone is living in so much misery. she asked the lord to make everyone equally rich. equally prosperous. he did the same. he made everyone equal by his power in his kingdom. but after a few days it has been raining heavily in his kingdom. he made a hole in his roof by his power through which water was coming inside the palace. his wife sita asked him to call a mason. when one of his courtier went to mason and asked him about to repair the hole he refused by saying that now i have everything why should i work for. at that time sitaji realised that the god has created so much differences for the existence and stability in human life.

Age old question. Two people just don't believe in the same story about a God they both think is the true one.

There is dispariety becuase of free choice. There is random happenings becasue the earth and humans have choices which has consquences, thus disparities.

Even nature is in dysfunction. When the earth was new and mankind lived in perfection with nature and the creator there was nothing but good.. Once there was freedom of choice between good & evil the conquences.
