I would say about 65 to 70 percent. maybe even less. not all the people have access to the movies or tv. and I know a lot of people who dont watch movies on tv but just sitcoms and stuff like that.

I would say that 85% have seen at least one movie. Cultural taboos about films is almost nil, but in some countries they do regulate what is allowed to be seen (either out of moral concerns or political censorship).

What percentage see movies on a regular basis? Probably closer to 5% that actually go to the theaters regularly. 45% that see movies recorded for home viewing.

probably 78%.

I know there are tribal communities, the Amish, and those who don't have access to or don't believe in technology. i'm not sure what percentage of the population that makes up.

then there are those who just aren't interested. or whose belief structures don't allow it. I'm not sure what they comprise either.
