i'm married now, and I own a home. I work in a library instead of a department store. I'm eight weeks pregnant instead of vowing i'll never have kids. I have good friends, but most of those are the same ones i've had since high school.
i party a lot less, but i'm ok with that.
i still drink coffee at the same coffee shop, though. that's one thing I hope never changes.

Not much at all. Still in the same house, same town, attend the same church, have the same friends. Only thing different is I do not have the same job.

Five years ago I quit my job, sold my house, and went to Africa to volunteer for two years. I'm back in the USA but am still recovering financially.

Five years ago, I was about to turn 35. I was unhappy in my marriage and unemployed. Now I am about to turn 40, divorced and gainfully employed. My best years are right in front of me.

Graduated college again, and have a job I love instead of one that makes my teeth grind. :) My son is now taller than me and has bigger feet than his dad! Been with my husband longer than with my parents now. New car.
Things keep getting better, overall, knock on wood:)
