You were expecting too much. Usually the bigger the hype about a movie the more it is stupid.

There are plenty of movies that are intentionally "stupid" in their style of humor,and "Blades of Glory" definitely falls in this category. I just enjoyed it for what it was, and I saw it twice with family and on a date, and enjoyed it each time. I am not even a Will Ferrel fan, but I thought he was hilarious in this movie. Sometimes, you just have to let yourself go and LAUGH at the absurdity of things that are...absurd.

Sorry, hun, you were expecting too much...as soon as you hear that Will Farrell is staring in it, don't expect to see anything but dumb humor and absurdity that only teen boys are likely to appreciate, especially his recent works.

I thought it was pretty good... very funny at parts... but I was expecting a little something more from it... I wasn't disappointed though.

It was meant for the gay loving liberal side of the track...OF COURSE IT WAS STUPID that is the only way they would understand it....
