If approached with the right mid-set nudism is fun, healthy, and a host of other adjectives. I've met a cross section of the most interesting people imaginable at nudist resorts and in the buff, the lofty business executive and the humble worker assume an equal plane without the accouterments and trappings of clothing.

There are members of my extended family that thought is is the right thing to allow the children to be free, and be naked whenever they wanted. At a diner for Easter the whole family went to the club and at with a couple a hundred for a brunch. There was a moment and all the people by the window were tripping over themselves to get their cameras. There was such a crowd at the tenth tee just outside the window.... Well, my nephew had taken off his clothes and was peeing on the tee. I think that is when they got the idea.

Yes, both fun and healthy. Not simply physical because you get outside and are active swimming or simply enjoying the sun but mentally as well since it helps promote a positive body image, no matter what shape you are in.

Totally! Being naked in an appropriate place, such as at a beach or pool, in a sauna or just lying outside in the sun on a warm summer day is absolutely awesome. It's one of the most liberating and sensual experiences you can have.

As long as you do it at a place where others are comfortable with it. It's not fun for others if you walk around naked in the supermarket, is it? So look for a nudist colony, a naturist camp and so on. Also, be happy with your bod mate.

Sure, why not? I think western society is too puritan in it's approach to the human body. Whatever floats your boat, it's not harming anyone.

For the enlightened minds....yes.
People who are stuck in the mental traps of our society cannot see what those who are liberated see.
