A three day period is not abnormal. There is no way to know what is causing spotting. Unless you have had unprotected sex, then you wouldn't question whether you could be pregnant.

What you are describing is normal - it happens. If the break through bleeding continues beyond a week call your gyn. But don't panic sometimes it is the body changing - even occures with the change of seasons to some. So sit tight and give it a few days. If other symptoms occure relax and call your gyn.

Sounds to me like classic symptoms of endometriosis. You can't detect it by the test your doctors have done--it can only be diagnosed surgically via laparoscopy. I'm disgusted that none of your docs have suggested this. You should do some research to find a doc in your area who specializes in endo. Also join an endo support group on yahoogroups to get some advice.

Our bodies change and so do our periods. But if you have reason to believe you may be pregnant, simply get a test from the store and be sure. They are quick and easy.
Don't worry.

your body can change especially if you are stressed or sick. but i wouldnt think that spotting would mean you are pregnant, but if you have a feeling or other symptoms then i would take a test. they arent that expensive.
