Well, let's just say that you've got the power! You perhaps want Dinasours not to extinct 65 million years ago. Or perhaps you want to see the truth of Atlantic Continent legend. Or perhaps you want Alexander the Great to invade West, not East. Or perhaps you want the Black Plaque wiped off 99% of Medieval Europeans. Or perhaps you want to set Islam spread all over Europe succesfully. Or perhaps you want the Chinese colonize American Continent succesfully, far before the Europeans. Or perhaps you want the Industrial Revolution happened centuries earlier. Or perhaps you want the French Revolution failed or Napoleon Bonaparte in the side of Royalist, not the Republic. Or perhaps you want the Communism never rose in Rusia. Or perhaps you want to evade the whole World War I and II. Or perhaps you want the Axis discovered Nuclear Weapon, not the Allied....

Unlimited possibilty!! What would you want to change then? How would that affect this world at present now and in the future then?

Well, let's make we emphasize our civilization based on both science and magic, and not just merely science. I wish magic is not disposed entirely by nowadays mankind civilization....

Okay, some I would consider doing them are:
1) Seek the truth of Atlantic Continent Legend
2) Made us have been succesfully terraforming the Moon, Venus, and Mars. Space technology has advanced much farther than what we got today!
3) Offered Adolf Hitler an art scholarship so he could have pursued his first dream and subsequently disappeared into history as an obscure, moderately successful artist of the middle 20th century.
4) Made the Treaty of Versailles more fair to the Central Powers.
5) Made US supported Ho Chi Minh, so that we could prevent Vietnam war ever happened.

Amazing stuffs! Thanks, Frank!!

I would make the Treaty of Versailles more fair to the Central Powers, The Axis in WW2, then we would have WW2 and no holocaust, hopefully! Other than that, I would have given support to Ho Chi Minh. He loved the United States and Democracy until we decided not to help him free his country from the french, who we were allies with at the time, that is why he went to the communists and the Vietnam War started.

I don't think I would change anything. It woudn't matter. If I stopped WWII, there would just have been a different war. If I had stopped the Russians from becoming Communist, the rest of Europe wouldn't have been afraid of Socialism and would have independently turned Communist. History is the story of what man has done to his fellow man. No one can change that. We fight, we kill, we make mistakes, and we learn from them. It's a vicious, but inevitable cycle.

On second thought, I think I would probably changed the place where the French revolutionaries met from a Tennis Court to a baseball diamond. Just to mix things up

i'd replace the excuses for the Civil conflict so as that the conflict under no circumstances surpassed off. i'd someway introduce the Northern skills for industrialization and section out slavery. Then i'd make the federal government sturdy sufficient to nonetheless the protestations of people who espoused State's rights. And all performed peacefully, with out bloodshed, violence or lingering animosity. All this so we does no longer have had the terrific loss of yank life to ever ensue.

We get in trouble in history graduate class when we do this kind of history thinking, but what the heck? I think that Wyoming and Colorado MUST be less square. It is ridiculous how perfectly shaped they are. I would see to it that they interlocked more, perhaps each looking more like Utah. I am quite sure that this change would result in cleaner water, better industrial efficiency, and world peace.

The entire second world war. satan and man hand in hand seemed to rule every country even the usa as it took so long for us to become involved (understandibly avoiding another world war), but it all was so horrible. Blessings have come of it because that is who God is---He takes the bad and brings good out of it. But it was just so awful...

I have had to study so much about the people (humanity) of that time. Its incredibly painful even to some folks to this very day. And it changed the trust that some folks have with anyone else outside of their family, specifically our friends in Poland (not my account but the research and experience others have shared with me). I just really wish it didn't have to happen.
