Yep... when I worked at a gas station/convenience store.. the homeless guys would buy the cheapest smokes they could get... and often that was the tops rolling tobacco.... it worked fine for them.....

expensive now so some men buy loose
tobacco and roll their own. A real
cowboy rolls his own.

Sure, I know one personally and know of many more. Some people do it to get the particular mix of tobacco they think makes a cigarette taste best, and others do it because it is the cheapest way to smoke.

I use to work in a smoke shop and can tell you alot of poor smokers use the papers for their intended purpose....tobacco.

yeah - my nana and grandad. Ever since I was little, she and grandad always rolled their own tobacco in papers. (I'm 29 now)
I don't think she would even know what weed is.......

My step-dad.... he calls them "roll-me-owns" but when my brother comes over. hes always begging for him to give him one of those there "tailor-made" smokes.
