be confident, control yourself and don't pay attention to anybody who laugh at you and continue calmly. you can practice it in front of a mirror when you are alone.
my friend, notice that running away is not a good solution for your problem because it might several time so you should be much stronger and believe yourself. when you believe yourself, others will believe you, as well.

Good Luck

Well for starters in the future maybe you should speak to someone (a teacher, a parent, an older sibling) about this. They can try to help you overcome your fears and concerns. Also if kids are laughing at you and teasing you excessively the school can and should intervene and attempt to do something.

I would recommend just doing the presentation and not letting your classmates get to you. Who cares what those kids think? You shouldn't let them get you down, but I know it's easier said than done.

If you really have/want to fake sick you could just tell your parents you have a sore throat or a stomachache, go to bed early and then in the morning say you still don't feel well.

Start by getting up in the middle of the night - SEVERAL TIMES - make a decent amount of noise - go to the bathroom and vomit - I know this is bad - but nothing tells a parent that a child is sick like good old fashioned puke - also if you drink some colored liquid prior to, this would be good. Some moaning doesn't hurt and loud retching - this works every time - BUT - must not be used often - the whole point is that a parent knows you're puking - sees it - hears it or smells it, this is KEY.

Go put some bread in the toaster and burn it

Now scrap the black burned bits off it and then eat that - Vomit for hours you will

Make sure to drink some water before hand You wouldn't want the dry heaves

Later when avoiding life becomes a habit you will find out all about that -

It's not really good to be absent by this kind of reasons, but I'll still help you out. All you have to do is to pretend that your cough is getting more worser, then pretend you feel a little dizzy. That's what I actually did when I was still little. Though it's simple, it still worked for me. But that was only my opinion. I'm sure there will be more greater ideas the other people will give you.

just make yourself cough all night dont even mention being sick at all, then if your mom comes up just say it hurts alot but dont mention school at all just ask if she has any medicine. Then tomorrow stop the cough and just say that it feels real soar and use some of her pink blush and put it under the corner of your nostrils so it looks like your sick.. that if she asks tell her you feel so wiped out that youd definitely fall asleep in class.

what i used to do and i know its childish, but hey it worked a few times. when parents are sleeping, run into the bathroom. make some gagging noises ( you know, ones that make it sound like you are throwing up) splash some water on your face ( you do get a dewy look when you vomit) make some sighing noises, flush the toilet and go back to bed. I swear, each time i did that, my mom would come running into my room and the next day i would be watching TV with either a bowl of ice cream or chicken noodle soup. you do know that there will be times in your life as to where you do not want to do something, but you still do it. you cant be doing that all your life.

easy peasy.....alrighty then, when you get up to go to school, walk to the bathroom, make these loud throughing up noises, then flush the toilet, walk to your parents room and ask if they have anything for your stomach...if they hand you the most disgusting liquid, TAKE IT,,,,or else they'll understand your faking it if your not willing to take it....THEN moan and groan back to your room and lay in your bed, for all eternity....if you usually go and eat before school, like if your mom makes your breakfast, then TRY to eat it....but food makes you queasy right? when your sick it does....so poke at it....and have a disgruntled look on your face....then go and hundle off to the closest couch...and lay there. Try doing all this if front of your parent.....Hope it goes well! (try not to say "i have the flue".....cuz then they will check for your temperature.....not good.

You should face up to the challenge and do your best-this isn't the last one life will throw at you and you can't spend your life hiding/avoiding. If you try you won't have to play sick-you will BE sick.
