Probably some joker who thought he was smart, making up the English language. Half the words don't seem to be OK and the other half are stolen from other languages.

It was mine.... I thought why not make it as difficult as possible for them... throw the "s" in there! I also suggested that all public toilets be at least 3 feet off the ground to screw with the midgets... but that idea was shot down!
