What is the company policy regarding money back or exchanges??

Up to what dollar amount can I go. (example, over $ 50.00 a supervisor might have to approve.)

What kind of training do i receive.

Am I face to face with customers, or mostly on the phone?.

There might be a zillion questions you may want to ask, but these are the main ones.
And, yes. You must be able to take BS and be professional and courteous at all times, even if the customer is a raving idiot.
