Yes as long as the PC has a DVD-ROM drive. Then as long as you have the DVD player installed such as "PowerDVD" or "WinDVD" it should work fine.

Yes of course if you have a DVD drive. Most DVD drives come with a CD containing Power DVD software. Just install it and you are ready to rock n roll.

Yeah if you have the codecs or certain player that will play the Dvd on it Such as Windows media player or something like that or the best one but its not free its called cyberlink power Dvd

Only if you have a DVD player installed.
Without a DVD you need a DVD ripper to convert the VOB files to an mpeg or AVI then burn on multiple discs to view on your pc or save to your hard drive.
DVD playes/Recorders are really cheap now.
Good ones are on sale for $25.00 and up at many places.

Yes, of course you need at least a DVD-rom so that you can play open it and some codecs to play it
