its called lots of different things. did you ever hear someone say eating at the Y ? that's the same thing. i don't think theirs really a right or wrong way to say it . just use a term you fell comfortable saying some sound really raunchy others not so bad - good luck

The correct term would be "fellatio", as oral sex could be referring to both males and females. I am glad you asked, as "eating someone out" sounds sick and sexual pleasure should not be viewed as such. MsB.

Male on female- cunnilingus

As far as I know "oral sex" is the technical term, like as in "anal sex" or "vaginal sex". Or at least that's the way I have heard medical professionals refer to it.
