IMO, the Democratic Controlled Congress will continue to slide in the polls as long as the Damascus Diva continues to lead her party against the Republican party rather than lead her party in helping the country. Harry Reid has always been a snake in the grass and it is becoming more evident with time that the speaker of the house is no better.

dharma's post does reflect the most recent AP polls, which, if you looked at your own sourcing, was part of the total data that was compiled by Real Clear Politics - your source.
Now, the question is misleading. Have the Approval Ratigns for the Democratically Controlled Congress DROPPED below those of Bush?
Misleading, but minor point #1 - the difference in approval is less than 1% - within the margin of error of any poll, so, statistically, one can't really say their approval rating is lower.
Misleading but minor point #2 - Bush's disapproval and negative spread numbers are greater than the Dems, and are greater than the usual margin of error in polls, so the premise that the overall approval status of the Congress is lower is a flawed one.
Misleading but major point - The approval numbers for Congress have been steadily on the rise, so the use of the word DROPPED is completely false.
In the most current numbers, listed by you, these were the individual numbers that contributed to the average:
USA Today/Gallup (approval/disapproval) - 33/60
AP/Ipsos (listed by dharma) - 40/57
Fox News - 30/54
Hotline/FD - 37/52
Average:
Approve 35.7%
Disapprove 54.3%
Spread -18.6%
The last poll for each in 2007, the BEFORE Democrats took over, or, in other words, the starting point the Republicans left the Democrats -
USA Today/Gallup (approval/disapproval) - 26/63
AP/Ipsos (listed by dharma) - 27/67
Fox News - 29/57
Hotline/FD - 27/63
Average:
Approve = 27.25%
Disapprove = 62.50%
Spread = -35.25
Change from Republican Congress to Democratic Congress:
USA Today/Gallup (approval/disapproval): +7/-3
AP/Ipsos: +13/-10
Fox News: +1/-3
Hotline/FD: - +10/-11
Average: +7.75/-6.75
In each and every single one of the polls listed, and, obviously in the average, as well, the Congress' approval numbers are UP, and disapproval is DOWN vs. where they were when the Republicans were last in charge. That's even including the completely biased, pro-Republican Fox News polls.
So, in fact, the Democratic Congress approval numbers have not dropped, at all. Your entire premise is just misinformed spin

there replace into no war assertion by skill of congress. basically an authorization to apply tension if mandatory. the basically perfect decision belonged to bush. in certainty the abode version of the bill suggested that war replace into no longer needed and can purely be used as a final motel.

I think it is time for an independant in office.
Hopefully someone with the common sence to work toward cooperation and solutions instead of being right, even at the detriment to the country and the world.
Impeach Bush.
