Chicago's Southside Irish ST. Patrick's Day Parade. It is an annual tradition were public intoxication is allowed and lets say things getting really fun. When the Bag pipe Players were getting close a bunch of us girls ran out in the street and laid down on the ground so we could look up as they walked by. it was a real crowd getter.

Funny you should ask that!! My boyfriend is Scottish and has a kilt, and I'm looking at his picture right now!! He says your not suppose to wear anything underneath them, but being the gentleman he is, he does. He looks very handsome in his!!
