I think its BULLCRAP!!! She is never going to get to do this, Stevie has said so herself! No one can do this bc no one knows her life story and the only way someone could make such a movie they would have to involve her and that person would have to be someone Stevie can trust and truly believe that this person can take her story and portray it with passion and dignity and this is NEVER going to happen! So she needs to just let it be. I dont know if she is still planning on this, last I heard she is still trying to buy the rights to the story but I dont think its EVER going to happen and if she somehow gets it out there she will regret it bc Stevie is going to bash the movie so hard and no one will even watch it! It might even just be totally removed and she will have to pay! What do you all think of this? Especially those of you who know who Stevie Nicks is and are a fan of hers. Isnt this just insane!?!?

I think Lohan needs to get out of the business and get her self together.
Stevie has friends in high places and she's pretty clout-laden herself. Nobody's gonna make a K-mart Special DVD of Stevie unless Stevie lets it happen.

A very talented makeup artist could do wonders in making an actor look more like the person they are trying to potray, but even with that being Lohan is not talened enough to pull it off.
They would likely have to dub in Stevie's singing voice as it is just too unique for even a very talented actress to successfully try duplicate even with a lot of practice. Only actresses that I think might be able to pull it off would be Charlize Theron, Kate Hudson or Poppy Montgomery (the blonde chick on "Without A Trace".

that is a good question. A good unknown is better. Lindsay Lohan can on only cause trouble to Stevie Nicks Image. No one can can make the Magic of Buckingham and Nicks Alive.

If Stevie Nicks allows that to happen, I'll lose all respect for her (Stevie). I can't stand L.L. I think a move like that on her part (LL's) will ruin her career (such as it is).

No way. She doesn't look like any of the people she wants to play (Marilyn Monroe, Stevie, and like someone mentioned, Princess Di). Hopefully it will never happen.

I sure hope Hollywood is kidding!!!!I couldn't believe my ears when I heard her sing " Edge of seventeen" Stevie nicks is one of the great woman in rock and to insult her like that is terrible.

I think that it is absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!! Actors & actresses have been portraying living and dead people since the beginning of movies. Stevie Nicks would be a first class witch, since she, in the early years of Fleetwood Mac, partied just as hard and has gone through just as many rehabs as Lindsey. Well, I think its called acting and they do it for money. How do you know Nicks will not let her buy the rights? It's all about money. Did Nicks say she would ....omg..why am I even answering this, this is retarded lol
I think she's growing as a young actress and might do the role justice. We'll have to wait and see when it comes out I guess...
