Those are 13 inch hubcaps that would fit a tiny little economy car with steel wheels. You have aluminum rims that are most likely 16 inch size. You cannot put hubcaps on aluminum wheels, the wheels don't have the indents to hold them. What you can do is buy some pink automotive grade spray paint and automotive grade clear coat. Pick a few days that you don't need the Jeep and take it to a shop to have them dismount the tires from the rims and leave your Jeep on blocks or jack stands. What you'll need to do is sand the wheels evenly along the whole outer surface. Then you tape off whatever doesn't get sprayed, and put three coats of pink on evenly and wait for each coat to dry before applying the next one. Leave the pink rims inside a garage or your house overnight on an old bed sheet or some newspaper. Wake up early the next day and apply AT LEAST three coats of clear coat to each rim, letting each one dry between applications. I would not consider less than 5 coats of clear. Let them dry overnight again, and bring them to get the tires mounted on them the next day. Now you'll have pink rims and the satisfaction of having customized your own rims.

Only the dealer can do this. It is very skilled work, and only people that work for the manufacturer of that automobile are privileged to the workings of the hubcap reintroduction to your vehicle. If they leave that company, their brain is erased, so as not to let the knowledge out into the general public.
