What is the name of this doll??

I think this doll has Hawian origins but I'm sure. The wooden round head has large cut out eyes and has large Feathers and there is long strands of straw that hang from its mouth. Do you know what they are called? The doll supposedly wards off bad spirits.

It is a Tiki of some kind, but I can't say exactly.
