how can i lose my belly before summer so i can wear a two piece. i wanna do it naturally. i'm 15

well.

for a start, replace all junk foods with fruits and vegetables.

i know it may sound a little kiddish, but pack your own lunch for school becuase cafeteria foods have oils and bad preservatives.

Next, naybe do 30 crunches a night.

for dinner, serve yourself a little bit less than normal, and don't have desert....unless its a fruit or something healthy...but even so, dont have too much of it.


and during the day, dont snack too much..and if you just get too hungry, than bring a small baggie of cheerios or maybe honey nut cheerios to school or at home.

Im trying a Weightlose Revolution so i have read called Wu Long Tea. Its expensive but it suppose to help you lose weight just by drinking 2 cups a day.

Do a lot of sit-ups!! I did this after having my children and my stomach tightened as though I had not given birth. I did as many as I could each day...depended upon how busy my day was. Good luck!

go to this website and fill it out. It gives you dates when you will be a certain weight and it's a healthy way by reducing your calories and exersizing at LEAST 3 times a week.

do sit ups, crunches and cardio (elliptical, or just walking with a friend)

lower calorie intake, up calorie burn via exercise.

Losing 'fat' takes months, not weeks or days. this should be a long-term effort based on building good eating habits and healthy exercise.

only true way to lose weight.
