I'm just starting my 30's and so far they're better than any other age. I'm more confident and have a better understanding of who I am. I've been through too much and know that life is too short to let people walk all over me.

I seriously hope no one under 45 tried to answer this question. I mean, how could they?
I'm 65 and I can think like all get out; but even I'm not old enough to be absolutely certain of this answer.
So, here's the answer as I know it: Except for childhood before 12, when you don't know enough to be really happy, and you're too vulnerable to bad people and bad surprises and ignorance, any age has its good points.
I learned the most when I was 16; I liked 26-31 physically; got a lot smart at 41 1/2, and have learned more and more ever since. But physically, I was at my best at 46.
Mentally, you can work hard at thinking and being honest and keep getting wiser and wiser--forever... But no two people will have exactly the same answer to your great question.
If I had to name one year so far, it's the year I was 63.
Sound hopeful; I may be getting better soon again...

I am 31, I just know I haven't had the best age of my life span. I have learnt a lot so far, getting wiser and I am still looking for a time in the future which I can answer this question at some point. I could pick moments from the past so far, but I know, as I geting matured, what has been in my life weren't the best. I would say it won't be when I am in sixties either.
Somewhere before then - probably when and if I fall in love with the girl I can get and when I can wake up one morning, clearly knowing that we truly love each other and share the rest of our lives, together. Because in my life's definition, that binds the past and future and makes my life complete.

All the ages during the human life span are best.
I can explain.
You might have heard about a word 'live with the present'.
On age of 20, we used to feel that childhood was better.
On age of 35, young age around 20 was better.
On 50's, we feel, the time when we earned around 30 was better.
On 70's, the time when we settled on 50's were better.
The reality is, the time NOW we have, is the best. If one realize it, the whole life span will be happy. If we think about the past or future best age, then we will forget to enjoy the present and we feel bad in future.

In my opinion the best age during a Human life span, is when I was in my thirty's because when I wanted to do something that I thought was good for my family, being creative, and going camping with my kids, even though my Husband is not the outdoors type of a guy, I would take my kids and spend two weeks, in a government Park to make my kids see the good that God created for us to enjoy.

I liked being 5 years old.
You were old enough to be independent (about the big things, even if not about the pesky details like making money and cooking food) and so could explore the world. At the same time, people still gave you free stuff like toys and breakfast.
You didn't have homework or a job to worry about. No girls (or boys) to muddy your mind and distract you from television. You could occasionally pee yourself and get away with it.
I liked school then. You made cookies and other arts & craft stuff. And who couldn't use a carton of milk and a siesta in the middle of the day?
Most of all, you can say dumb stuff and no one expected much out of you. Those were the days...

Well, I'm in my 50s and just yesterday I said to myself, "I wasn't worth a damn until I turned 50". That's when I really started not CARING what ANYBODY thought of me instead of just saying that I didn't care. That's when I thought I had really learned enough to maneuver through life. That's when I had sorted out who my real friends are. That's when I had made enough money not to be scared or needy. That's when I KNEW what to jettison from my life and what I needed to keep. That's when I knew that my kids were good people that were making it on their own and I really had been a pretty decent parent and that I hadn't screwd them up. THere are DAYS in my life that I would relive, but I would NOT go back to be any age in my life but the one I am now. I am really empowered and serene and it's just GREAT!

About 10 when I was a kid, 28 after I reached adulthood, and I'm guessing 60 or 65 when I reach old age...

It is an absolute fact that the only moment that ever exists for any individual is "now". The past is just a memory and the future is just a hope or a worry. You can only live NOW. Therefore, NOW is the best moment, regardless of one's age or circumstances, because it is the only moment that one can live.

The best time of life is right now. If not, then the past was wasted, today is blah and the future dim.
