This last summer I answered a question for girlnamedmaria right here on yahoo answers. Then I asked a question regarding the Beatles. She loves music just like I do and asked if it would be alright if she emailed me. We started emailing each other and developed a bond of friendship, mutual respect and admiration for each other. Then she asked if she could call me and on August 18th she called me and after talking to her for a few minutes I realized that I was in love with her and told he that I loved her over the phone and she said I love you too before we had even seen each other in person. We have so much in common and we are always seemingly on the same wavelength and no doubt soulmates. We met each other for the first time in December in Nashville and it was as if we have known each other all our lives. Since then we have met in Indianapolis and she came to see me in Atlanta recently and it's always so amazing as we are so in love. By this summer we weill be together forever here in Georgia and she will be my Georgia girl!

About 2 months. But I didn't fall in love, I grew to love her, big difference. If you fall in love, you can fallout of love real quick. That's the trouble with the world today, we want microwave love. People are in love with somebody new every other day. It's got to the point the term "falling in love" has been so diluted and perverted by our fast paced society it really has no meaning any more. Slow down, take your time and get to know the person. If its meant to be it will be. Quit riding the emotional roller coaster that society says you have to ride. Be in control of your own emotions.

I'm not the type of person who falls in love easily. I DEFINITELY believe in "love at first sight," but it's never happened to me personally. While I've been HIGHLY attracted to guys at first sight, it never felt like love. I've never actually fallen in love without going out with someone and building a relationship with him first. Otherwise, I would run the risk of only being "in lust" with him, or having a "crush" on him.
As for falling in love with someone, I think the earliest I realized I was truly "in love" with a guy was between 3 to 6 months (Sorry I can't pinpoint it more than that). Again, with me it takes TIME before I can comfortably say that I'm in love. It's not wrong or right -- it's just the way it is for me. :)

I would say it was LUST at first site. Then you start to realise that you really care for the person and admire them and just want to be with them 24/7. I think maybe that's when LOVE comes into it. I'm a few months into my relationship and I am starting to feel LOVE. Love is so powerful and scary. Love makes you forget that your heart can be torn. Love is the biggest high in the world. Love means worrying about someone so much and caring so much. It's risky and scary. BUT I LOVE LOVE.

Gosh that is a very hard question to answer because I'm not exactly sure when I fell in love with her. All of a sudden it just hit me that I was in love with her and that I wanted and needed her forever. And when it hit me, I realized that I had loved her for a long time!
So I guess the true answer in my heart is that I loved her even before I met her. That my soul and her's were either on a collision course with each other OR that our souls were somehow "reunited" and that I actually loved her from the beginning of time...even before I was born.
DAMN...it that deep or what...but I believe every bit of it.
It took less time for me to fall in love with her than it did for me to write this!!! LOL!!!

About 4 hours. I met my husband in a pub and we spent the night together. We've been together ever since. We got engaged after a week and married six months later. After thirty years of marriage and four children we are still in love and enjoy each others company!!!

It was the very second our eyes met, almost one month ago. Have never experienced anything like it. Have always heard of love at first sight, but never believed in it.... until now.
