Are you subconsciously nervous around him, because nerves can reek (haha, sorry couldn't help myself) havoc on your intestinal "actions", I've known women you get themselves so wound up about farting in front of their man that they are so bloated by the end of the date they are in serious pain.
Sometimes I've also heard of women who "only have a salad" for dinner as to look "healthy or good" I don't know something like that little do they know that most of the ingredients in a salad are totally gas producing!!! Kind of the opposite reaction you want hey. I say stay away from the salad bar, eat like a regular human being, most men love to see a girl eat well. And on that note, I've yet to meet a guy who "breaks it off with a women because she farts", most of them actually think its funny Honestly!!!
So like to old saying goes "where ever you be, let the wind blow free".
Then again, may be you do have a sensor!! haha, I had one boyfriend years ago who I could only date for a month or so, why? because every time we were together I'd end up barfing, couldn't figure it out for the life of me, I swore I was allergic to him....I figured it out after the fact, I drank to much Earl Grey tea when I was with him!!!!! I never did tell me that though simply moved on and found someone who wasn't such a damn teatoller. giggle giggle
Anyway thats enough about that like I said, I think you should just "chill out" and calm down about your bodily functions and hey if he don't like it, to hell with him he's not worth it, because personally I'd rather be comfortable and farty then bloated and bitchy, and you'll fart until the day you die, and you know what? everyone else in this world will as well, even the Queen of England!!, know matter how nasty people will say it is, they do it to!!! Hey you can always blame the dog if you have one, they are a great scapegoat "damn dog, he's at it again"!!!

Because you dont want to fart in front of him so ur body is doing what ur mind dont want it to do.
If u start blowing him away you will not wanna fart nearly as much lol.
