I think both have their place but you should be try to think your way out of a situation before you resort to brute force.

uneducated people are easier to "keep down" and are usually less well mannered. But then so are some really smart people. I really think what people need most these days is kindness and grace and mercy to give, 80% of people lose their jobs because they can't get along with the other employees, not from lack of intelligence
