Bravo Billy you're so the perfect option! yet, that's no longer the 'Christians' that have faith and show that Yeshua died on a Friday and rose on a Sunday, however the Roman Catholic church that may no longer the comparable ingredient. that's significant additionally to be conscious that Yeshua that the Roman church teaches of isn't the Yeshua of Scripture. as a results of fact the RCC teaches that Yeshua did no longer stay interior the tomb for 3 comprehensive days and 3 comprehensive nights. yet, the only data that Yeshua suggested He could supply that He replace into the awaited Messiah replace into that of the prophet Jonah (Matthew 12:39). Jonah replace into interior the tummy of the great fish for 3 comprehensive nights and 3 comprehensive days - Friday night to previously the solar rose on Sunday isn't 3 comprehensive days and nights. as a results of fact the residing God's days start up with the night and we are in a position to work out by skill of Scripture that Yeshua replace into faraway from the stake/pass previously the start of the Sabbath (as you suggested on your question) making it 3 comprehensive days and 3 comprehensive nights that the Messiah replace into entombed. Wed night - Thur night - day a million Thur night - Fri night - day 2 Fri night - Sat night - day 3 - rose on the tip of the seventh day Sabbath proving that Yeshua replace into truly the "grasp of the Sabbath" (Matthew 12:8; Mark 2:28; Luke 6:5). 3 comprehensive days and 3 comprehensive nights. stay Blessed:-)

It doesnt say he was dead for three days. It says he rose ON the third day. (Easter Sunday)
And it's called GOOD Friday because Good Friday is the day that Jesus died for our sins so that we can have everlasting life.
PRETTY GOOD? I THOUGHT SO!

Yeah, and how come it's called Good Friday? If he died that day, and rose on Sunday, shouldn't it be Good Sunday and Pretty Bad Friday?
