Positives: It's very interesting. It's unique, it's very princessy, it's unlikely she'll have any trouble in class being one of several Airesses.
My opinion - although wonderful in theory, I can't say that I think it's a good idea to use it for a real name. Somebody said it sounded pretentious, and I have to agree - she took the words out of my mouth. Both the 'heiress' and the name-brand plug seem just too much (for me). It reminds me of some people I went to school with named Queen, Princess, and Royal.
On the other hand, it's your choice and your baby. Do what makes you happy.

I've come across a 20something girl named Ariss (pronounced the same way) and I thought it was original, but it does make you think Paris Hilton. I don't like your spelling of Chanel, I think most simple is the best. Chanel makes me think of the designer and the perfume. The name is cute, but maybe for a dog, not a real person who will have to live with it.

I think you would be setting your child up for a disastrous life with a name like that. Did you think about how much they would be picked on and harassed for being named such an "uppity" name as "aeiress"?
Think of the child, not just your wishes, when choosing a name. Remember, it's something they will have to live with long after you are dead and gone! What kind of legacy do you want them to really have? Also, know that names can be like fads --- would you want to have a child with a name that would be the "fashion equivalent" of "80's hair" in 20 or 30 years?

Please take no offense to this, I am just being honest, but I think it is a very dumb name, noone will know how to pronounce it or be able to spell it, the child will be teased endlessly. That is a name for a soap opera child or a child of Paris Hilton

Actually I do like it, and I like your spelling of it. I will be honest though, I am not partial to it with Chaneille. It doesn't roll off the tongue with ease, it's sorta complicated. ~BUT~ something super girly would go nicely with it, like Aeiress Angelina...but this is just me, you go with whatever you like!!! :)

No, no, mommy!
Don't scar her like that.
Give her a real name; nickname her 'Heiress' if you want. It won't be so cutsey poo when she wants to go to law school.
