I live in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I have lived in a 6 year old home, 1700 sq feet, 3 bed, 2 bath. Average in any way. We also have almost 1 acre of land in a nice neighborhood and think it might sell for $140,000.

Where are you and what do you think your living quarters will sell for?

No, I'm not trying to sell...just curious as to to the cost of living.I've always thought it was cheaper to live here than anywhere.

I live in Nowheresville, USA. My home was built in 1957, no idea on the square footage and we only have one bathroom (for four people) We have a very nice fenced in backyard, very quiet neighborhood and the purchase price, 11 years ago was $67,000. Since, the area is being majorally developed and homes just like mine (right next door as a matter of fact) are selling for $120,000 to $140,000 as well.....

In my area in Harrisburg, PA your house would be about $200,000. I live in a mobile home ..it's not worth squat but it's mine! It's paid for and I'm in college full time. So I'm sticking with it another 2 years. lol

I live in Boston in a one bedroom condominium. It is about 600 square feet. It would probably sell for about $200,000.
