Losing that much weight in only 2 weeks is not healthy at all.
Unless you're morbidly obese and have never exercised before in your life, losing much more than 2kg per week is too much.
However, if you need to lose some quick weight for an event that's taking place in 2 weeks, my best advice to you would be to NOT stop eating. If you stop eating completely, or if you're only eating tiny bites of things, your body will go into starvation mode, and will actually add more fat to your body (because it thinks its starving, so it stores fat for this purpose).
Instead, just eat less than you normally do, but still eat enough so that you're not hungry all the time. Small, healthy snacks throughout the day are better than 3 big meals. Nuts, fruits, and veggies are good for these snacks.
Make sure you drink lots of water, too, because that helps your metabolism.
Don't skip a (small) breakfast, because that gets your metabolism started in the morning.
Make sure to do aerobic exercise every day (at least half an hour; preferably more if you can do it). If you have access to a gym, try some light weight training (if you're not used to it), since muscle helps burn fat. Make sure not to exercise the same muscle group two days in a row; allow at least one day of rest in between.
Also, try your best to get enough sleep each night (around 8 hours is best). Your body burns fat more efficiently when it is well-rested.
You will probably not lose 10kg in 2 weeks, but if you're overweight, you'll definitely lose some, and you'll be on your way to starting a healthier lifestyle.

Work out twice a day, try to run as often as possible or walk instead of drive. drink a bunch of water, eat but eat healthy. When you stop eating your body goes into a process where it collects fat cells, so dont stop eating just eat healthy fruits and veggies and lean meat.
