this was years back when I was single and he wasn't my BEST friend, just a friend....he wasn't much of a kisser but was a great friend so if the kiss had been better we would have probably moved up a level from our friendship

Yup. She was being stalked by this guy and she told him that we were dating. He called her a liar so I planted one on her right then and there. Needless to say, he backed off
