Stick with 1 theme and work with it. You have too many themes running at the same time that it is going to hurt you more often than help you against someone with a decent deck.

Raging Flame Sprite needs its own deck
Horus needs its own deck
Toons needs their own deck
Wave-Motion Cannon needs its own deck or be in a burn deck.
The Creator needs its own deck
Kaiser Seahorse needs to be in a light intensive deck.

Wierd Deck. I am sorry to say 6.1/10 Alot of good cards but very few of them go well together. I suggest you take out the entire Toon part of the deck. Toons simply are a horrible Decktype. Horus really requires you run Several of them or else your lvl 8 because a bad draw many times. You must replace them. Hope I helped.
