Well a day can never be wasted if your doing anything. And when you do something you learn a lesson. So you always learn a lesson you may just never know it!

I think a day would be wasted if you dont put into practice something that you have learned along the way

Yes. Not learning something is like, impossible, though. You could sit around all day, on the couch, no t.v., just sitting, staring at a wall, and you could still learn something.
