You can do it yourself and have it witnessed and notarized. But to be safe get a legal document that will hold up in court should it get that far.

You forgot to mention how much $$$$$ .
Getting an attorney to draw up a contract costs $$ and could cost more than owed .
Are you talking $500 or $50,000 ?

Have you perused an online contract provider like http://www.uslegalforms.com? For a small enough deal, you should be able to find something sufficient there for pretty cheap.

get someone that knows or go to the internest and do it from there I hve done this.
