When you turn on pc and see any logo press several times F8 and it will open save mode, then choose Microsoft windows mode and click(I got Japanese version English may be nearest to this)

I think by this it will reset windows. Never touch or change anything.

If you still face problem, better contact computer technical support they could give nice advise. It will save your computer and time.

Or if you are ready to make your computer as new, your installed program will be lost you use Recovery Cd/Dvd if you got and run. By this everything will be set.

I hope this may help you

That's not much to go on. Here are some things to try to narrow the problem down.:

Are you sure the cable between the computer and the monitor is working? Does anything at all come up on the screen?

Are you sure the monitor has power? Is the power light on it on?

Are you sure the computer has power? Is its power light on?

Do you hear the computer trying to do anything? If so, the computer may be fine but the screen isn't working.
