What is the French music vid w/ female rock singer in a grocery store knocking stuff over and people falling?

Its a cool video. People are chorographed to tip like dominoes and at the end the singer who has averted disaster until this point steps on a can and falls.

So this is a pretty popular video - plays on MTV and VIVA and on Parisian radio stations. I just have no bloody idea who the singer is or the name of the song.

What video is this??? Mad props to whoever knows.

I sense it's a copy of this video and this woman and band is Canadian. It has the female, the domino falling people and the store, but no can or falling singer.
