when i am walking with my friend and if he touches me or if accidently if we touch each other i am getting current shock and he also gets a shock. At first it was like pinching effect and nowadays i am getting real current shock ,Not only me but also whoever comes in contact with him.At first i thought its because of the shirt material he is wearing ,but whatever he wears we are getting shock.And if he touches any ferrous material he also getting the current shock.What will be the possible reason behind this phenomenon

For some reason he is building up a static charge. It sounds as if some material he is wearing is causing the buildup of static electricity. Try the same things with that person barefooted and see if the static charge disappears. His shoes may be acting as insulators. It could also be you that is holding the static charge.
