I need help finding the equation for this reaction:
Ni2+(aq) + CH3C(=NOH)C(=NOH)CH3 yields.

Also I am having trouble with this equation:
Mn2+(aq) + H2O2(aq) + OH-(aq) yields.

I never know how to determine which elements go along with what. Is there a way to determine this?

The first one is the classic chelation reaction of Ni2+ with DMG (Dimethylglyoxime), its details can be found in any standard analytical chemistry manual.

Mn2+ + H2O2 + 2OH- -> MnO2 + 2H2O

Study Chemistry carefully.
