Ok :

You have distance : 5 um = 5*10^-6 meters

charge = 22pc = 22 pico coulombs = 22*10^-12 C

K = electrostac constant = 9*10^9

E = 9*10^9*22*10-12 / (5*10^-6)^2

E = 198*10^-3 / 25*10^-12

E = 7.92*10^9 (N/C)

Hope that helps

electric container E= - dV /dr As ability is continuous dV / dr =0 as a result electric container is 0 in a area the place electric ability is continuous. as an occasion, interior a hollow charged matallic sphere, the electrical powered container IS 0 however the means interior is continuous and equivalent to ability on the suface of charged sphere

um is micrometers 1um = 10^-6 m
pC is picocoulombs 1pC = 10^-12 C

using coulombs law r = 5*10^-6m and q = 22*10^-12 C, then just plug and chug.
