Hi perfectly pink, no taken tylenol.
You can either use the liquid form or the actual clove. Rubbing clove oil on the tooth is believed to relieve the pain from a toothache. Clove oil contains eugenol, which is a natural pain killer and an antibacterial substance.

Another remedy for toothaches is to mix lime juice and asafoetida powder. Asafoetida is a spice used in Indian cooking. Soak a cotton ball in this mixture and rub it on your tooth and gum. This will help to ease your pain. You can also try adding 1 tbsp of salt to 1/2 cup of boiling water. Put this combination in your mouth, as hot as you can bear it. Then swish it around the problem area. You can also gargle with Listerine Antiseptic, as this has been known to bring relief as well.

Another home remedy is to pour a few drops of vanilla extract on the tooth, as this has been known to ease the pain. You can even crush a clove of fresh garlic and mix it with peanut butter and apply this to the tooth. Does this sound disgusting? Maybe – but it has been known to help. Chewing on ice on the side of the mouth in pain will help as well.

If the above remedies work only temporarily, a sure fire remedy is to visit your dentist.

If you have a toothache you need to go to the dentist. During pregnancy it is generally recommended to delay dental treatment until after giving birth unless there is an emergency. This sounds like an emergency and you are in your third trimester, which is the best one to have treatment done in. Don't worry, if you are otherwise healthy it should not be a problem. I have taken a tooth out on a woman that was 9 months pregnant and it was fine.

Often times the pain in a tooth is caused by bacteria. Remove the bacteria and the pain will go away. Brush your teeth use floss and a water pick. Do not use a mouthwash to rinse with but use plenty of plain water until the taste of the toothpaste is gone.

If the pain comes back repeat.

If this does not work it is possible that you have an infected tooth or cavity. In this case go see your dentist but make sure he knows you are pregnant.

probably just gingivitis or something. try using a mouth wsh containing chlorohexidine. will kill bacteria. The increase of the hormone relaxin while pregnant will allow bacteria to get under the gum line and can cause inflammation and sensitivity. Its good to see a dentist for a checkup and proper clean also. Make sure your cleaning your teeth and flossing at least twice per day. it will help

Clove oil (available in any drug store) is a great topical solution for a toothache. It could be a cavity in one tooth that's causing the trouble, you should probably have your dentist check it out for you.

Try Orajel. Be careful with taking Tylenol unless your doctor said it was okay. You might call your dentist and see if they can do anything.

if you are apprehensive about taking chemicals for your pain due to your condition, try acupressure; there are pressure points at the outer base of your thumb that can relieve the pain; try finding out more about it from an oriental acupuncture specialist;
