I am in central Ca. just south of Yosemite, and it's $3.40 a gallon.

I've been trying to ask this every saturday evening. I missed last Sat. so I'm doing it now. I noticed that Ca. is the only state that's over $3. 00 a gal. The state with the most vehicles pays the most. Greedy oil companies.

I am 24 inches in front of my monitor...in south east Texas ;-) I just filled up this evening, paying a measly $2.69 per gallon...I thought that was outrageous, but $3.40??? Yikes! Don't guess it'd be fuel efficient for you to drive here to get gas, huh? LOL

Las Vegas and avg price here is $2.97....national avg today is $2.78...cheapest in Charleston SC...not positive but think it's under $2.60...was in San Diego about 2 weeks ago and was paying $3.20 when the night before bought gas in Las Vegas for $2.86....not driving to San Diego as often...gee I wonder why...

I am in Australia and it is $1.45 a litre. In American, taking into account the money and volume conversions, that equates to about $4.77 a gallon.
