It's just good advertisement for Nextel, who is paying them many pretty pennies for the publicity.

Heh...I think the writers are having some fun with us. Anyways, I did a reverse phone look up for that number and it's unavailable/unpublished but it also says that it's 'owned' by Level 3 Communications in Los Angeles.

Hey, I enjoy "The Hour of Bauer" as much as the next fan, but even I have more of a life than scoping out the phone numbers

i dont care i like and watch the show. I don't pay attention to minor details and think that if you do pay attention and actually call those numbers you really need a life

I've heard it is also a fan phone and that from time to time cast members have actually picked up the phone to talk to people.

i don't believe that they think that us viewers are stupid. they probably used that number as a marketing strategy for viewers like you and me to to call that number. if we do, it would be an oopurtunity for 24's sponsors to make some money to continue the show.

They know we are smart enough to notice it. What they count on is the ones who will call it. It's known as advertising. Everyone does it.

I'm pretty sure it is the fan line.....sometimes someone actually picks up. But, if it is a 310 number, the Audrey may not be in China-----she may be in L.A............????????????
